 A life coach is an individual who supports and encourages people to achieve their potential and empower them to take control of life in areas  like career, happiness, confidence levels, finances, health, and relationships. 
 Life coaching aims to explore ways to enhance skills, qualities and creativity. It often involves exploring attitudes, beliefs and values, discussing aims in life and setting up appropriate goals and help to reach them. Having a coach will help you to keep committed, motivated and focused. Just like sports men and women have their own coach, a life coach helps you to become the best you can.
Life coaching sessions will typically be for 1½-2 hrs. Sessions are done face to face with prior booking; phone and email will help in follow ups. During the session, you and your coach will discuss certain aims and together you’ll set goals and work towards these. You will not be forced to make any decision you’re not comfortable with and the sessions are confidential, so you can explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
Life coaching is often seen as a partnership in which your life coach will encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life. He will offer support and feedback, and help you to stay focused on your goals.
